Srinivasa Reddy Kandi: Apple May Shift to Multi-Day Announcements for Upcoming Product Launches

Apple May Shift to Multi-Day Announcements for Upcoming Product Launches:

Apple Inc. appears to be trying a different strategy for unveiling its next wave of products. The company has invited members of the tech press to a “special Apple experience” on March 4, but reports suggest the rollout may not follow the traditional single-keynote format.

According to Mark Gurman of Bloomberg, Apple is planning a three-day series of announcements rather than one major presentation. The updates are expected to be shared online over several days, leading up to the March 4 event. That in-person experience will reportedly take place across New York, London, and Shanghai, giving journalists the opportunity to try the new devices firsthand.

John Gruber of Daring Fireball also suggested that the March 4 gathering could focus on hands-on demonstrations rather than a traditional stage presentation.

As many as five new products could be introduced during this period. Rumored devices include a more affordable MacBook, the iPhone 17e, an updated iPad Air powered by the M4 chip, a refreshed entry-level iPad, upgraded MacBook Air models, and new versions of the MacBook Pro. While these products are expected to launch this spring, it remains unclear which ones will be revealed during the multi-day announcement window.
