PraxisPro Secures $6M Seed Funding to Improve Sales Coaching in Medical and Life Sciences:

PraxisPro, a sales coaching platform focused on the medical and life sciences industries, has raised $6 million in seed funding in a round led by AlleyCorp. Additional investors participating in the round include Flybridge, South Loop Ventures, and Zeal Capital Partners, the company announced Wednesday.

The idea for PraxisPro grew out of founder and CEO Cam Badger’s early career in pharmaceutical sales. Expecting structured training and strong mentorship, Badger instead encountered fragmented onboarding, inconsistent coaching, and limited opportunities to scale learning effectively. After spending four years as a sales representative and later as a sales trainer, he went on to work at a medical startup, where he met Dr. Benny Alouf.

Together with Bhrugu Giri, the team identified a common challenge across life sciences organizations, including pharmaceutical companies and medical device startups: poorly trained sales teams. To address this gap, they launched PraxisPro, a platform designed specifically to coach and upskill medical sales professionals.

Badger believes that improving the effectiveness of medical sales representatives can have a direct impact on patient care by ensuring that innovative treatments reach healthcare providers more efficiently. As he noted, when interactions between sales teams and healthcare professionals fall short, patients may miss out on therapies that could significantly improve their lives.

Founded in 2023, PraxisPro released its first product in 2025 and is now using the new funding to further develop its platform and expand its reach within the healthcare sector.
